CLEANING SCHEDULE

For

LOBBY / FOYERS / VESTIBULE / WAITING AREAS

Daily

1.      Empty and wipe trash receptacles.

2.      Vacuum carpeted floor mats.

3.      Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors.

4.      Clean and polish drinking fountains.

5.      Clean, disinfect and straighten coffee areas.

6.      Straighten all paper magazines.

7.      Remove spots on entry doors, if glass, clean it both sides.

Weekly

1.      Checking for any cobwebs in the corners, on top and bottom.

2.      Wipe down chairs.

3.      Spot clean walls to remove marks and spills.
